A small charity has a big impact

Older persons face numerous challenges impacting their health, well-being, and social inclusion. These challenges include ageism, discrimination, social isolation, chronic illness, and limited access to healthcare and support services. Agecare Foundation seeks to address these challenges by promoting resilience and longevity among older persons and creating a society that values and supports the needs of our elders.
